Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken

All measurements are approximate, so you don't have to bust out the measuring spoons

Ingredients
🍋 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips (or whole boneless, skinless thighs, which are yummier, if you have the extra fat allowance in your macros!)
🍋 4T olive oil
🍋 Juice of 2-3 lemons
🍋 2-3 T crushed garlic
🍋 1T salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme
🍋 1t onion powder

Directions
Mix everything but the chicken in a gallon ziplock bag until well combined. Add chicken and seal, letting all of the air out. Massage chicken with marinade. Lay flat on one side. Marinate for minimum 1 hour to overnight. Flip bag over half way thru marinating time. Grill on low heat for about 5-8 minutes on each side. (I usually do 5 min on each side and then another 2- 3 on each side for breast strips and 7/7 & 3/3 for whole thighs)

Let sit for 10 min and enjoy with a lovely side salad and/or steamed white rice! You can even cut an acorn squash or several delicata squash in half, seed them, rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper then throw them on the grill next to the chicken until soft.
