Cauli Burger Bowl

One of my favorite simple meals!

12-16 oz Caluiflower Florets, steamed

4-8 oz Ground Beef, cooked into crumbles (amount and type depends on your macro needs)

1 medium sized Roma Tomato, diced

1-2 slices American Cheese, chopped (or any cheese you like...or no cheese)

Diced Onions, Chopped Pickles, Mustard or Thousand Island Dressing (optional)

You can wash, chop and steam the cauliflower yourself or, in my case, I just microwave a bag of frozen cauliflower florets. I also cook extra ground beef or a burger patty during another meal earlier in the week so I can just throw the beef on top and not worry about cooking. Then add the cheese. Heat it up in the microwave and top with tomatoes, onions, mustard, and/or whatever other toppings you like. You can use Walden Farms Brand Thousand Island Dressing for a calorie-free topping.
