Pork Teriyaki Stir Fry

This super simple, no prep, throw it in a pan Pork Teriyaki Stir Fry is so easy, you barely have to do anything! I even use frozen, already chopped vegetables to make it even quicker.

This recipe makes a big batch!

Ingredients
🥦 2T Olive Oil
🥦 1/2 Onion, chopped
🥦 2T Garlic, crushed
🥦 1 lb Lean Pork Loin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
🥦 1 lb Frozen Broccoli Florets
🥦 1 lb Frozen Sliced Carrots
🥦 1 lb Frozen Green Beans
🥦 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Brown onions until soft. Add garlic and cook until browned. Add pork, season with salt & pepper and cook until browned. Add vegetables and cover for about 5- 10 min, until they're heated through. (You can pop the vegetables in the microwave while the pork is cooking to make this even faster). Carefully, drain the excess water from the pan. Add teriyaki sauce, turn to coat meat and vegetables and let simmer for about 5 min, stirring frequently. Enjoy!!

You can use any teriyaki sauce you like or make your own sugar free sauce if your macros don't allow for the carbs.
